This website, getrtn.com (the "site"), is operated by RTN ("RTN," "we," "us," or "our"). RTN offers this website, including all information, tools, and Products available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any Service. **Sections 13 and 15 contain a limitation of liability and a binding arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver that affect your legal rights — please read them carefully.**

Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. ## SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed through the site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — for any reason, including suspected fraud, ordering by resellers, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product descriptions. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only per our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display Product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your display's accuracy. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

## SECTION 4 — DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS; NO MEDICAL ADVICE

RTN Products are dietary supplements — not drugs. **These statements and Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.** Any information on the site — including descriptions, testimonials, and blog or social content — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, health, or nutritional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your physician before using any Product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results vary. You assume all risk associated with the use of our Products and any reliance on site information.

## SECTION 5 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For more detail, review our Refund Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

## SECTION 6 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Certain Products are available on a recurring subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions may be offered on different delivery and billing frequencies (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days), and the available options may change over time. By enrolling, you select a frequency and authorize RTN to automatically charge your payment method on that recurring schedule — as presented and confirmed at checkout for the Product and plan you choose — at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable tax and shipping, on an ongoing basis **until you cancel**. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.

**You may cancel at any time before your next billing date** through your account or by emailing info@getrtn.com, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped. We will provide advance notice of any material change to your subscription price or billing terms as required by applicable law. If your payment credentials are saved through a third-party wallet (such as Shop Pay or PayPal), those credentials may be accessible to other merchants that use the same wallet.

## SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds — including any money-back guarantee — are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

## SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Certain content, products, and services available via the site may include materials from third parties, and third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to do so. You represent that you own or control the rights to your Comments, that they are accurate, and that they do not violate any third-party right or any law. We are not obligated to maintain any Comments in confidence, and we may remove Comments we find unlawful or objectionable.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information — or cancel orders — if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited use.

## SECTION 13 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all Products delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall RTN, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Service or any Products, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. **Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or a Product will not exceed the amount you paid to RTN for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the claim.** Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTN and its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate, your Comments, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

## SECTION 15 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER

**Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.**

You and RTN agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the Service, or any Product ("Dispute") will be resolved by **binding individual arbitration** rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current rules, and this agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

**Class-action waiver.** You and RTN agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and **not** as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

**Time limit.** Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

**Opt-out.** You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@getrtn.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name and order number. If you opt out, Section 16 governs your Disputes.

## SECTION 16 — GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and any separate agreements by which we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

## SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

## SECTION 18 — TERMINATION

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our site. We may terminate these Terms or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect you have failed to comply with any term. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive, as do Sections 4, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

## SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and RTN and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website, with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check periodically. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance.

## SECTION 21 — SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS

If you opt in to the RTN mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (e.g., cart reminders, order updates, offers) at the phone number you provide, including messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. **Consent is not a condition of any purchase.** Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP**, or get help by replying **HELP**. We may suspend or terminate the program at any time. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
